data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Todo o meu trabalho sobre os direitos da crian\u00e7a come\u00e7ou com o trabalho que desenvolvi sobre os direitos da crian\u00e7a nos cuidados de sa\u00fade. Este foi, sem d\u00favida, o meu trabalho mais valioso e estimulante, onde mais aprendi; e abriu-me o caminho para poder desenvolver uma abordagem baseada nos direitos da crian\u00e7a noutros contextos. Nada deste trabalho teria sido poss\u00edvel sem o empenhamento apaixonado de muitos profissionais maravilhosos com quem trabalhei em hospitais e universidades de todo o mundo e na Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial de Sa\u00fade, o que refor\u00e7a a minha convic\u00e7\u00e3o de que o <em>lado humano <\/em>\u00e9 t\u00e3o importante como o lado profissional. Comecei a trabalhar com o Fabrizio Simonelli em 2008, no Departamento de Promo\u00e7\u00e3o da Sa\u00fade do Hospital Pedi\u00e1trico Meyer, em Floren\u00e7a, It\u00e1lia, numa dessas oportunidades aleat\u00f3rias da vida. Na altura, o servi\u00e7o era tamb\u00e9m reconhecido como Centro Colaborador da OMS, pelo que trabalh\u00e1mos muito com os hospitais e com o Comit\u00e9 Regional da OMS para a Europa e coorden\u00e1mos um grupo de trabalho que ainda hoje existe - <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hphnet.org\/task-force-hph-ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Task Force on Health Promotion for Children and Adolescents in and by Hospitals<\/a>no \u00e2mbito da Rede Internacional de Hospitais Promotores de Sa\u00fade. Em 2009, public\u00e1mos o primeiro modelo e ferramenta de autoavalia\u00e7\u00e3o sobre os direitos da crian\u00e7a no hospital e, em 2010, fui convidada pelo Alto Comissariado da Sa\u00fade para integrar a sua equipa e, a partir da\u00ed, coordenei o desenvolvimento do Manual e Ferramentas para a Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o dos Direitos da Crian\u00e7a no Hospital. Depois disso, iniciei uma longa colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com a OMS para desenvolver outras ferramentas e processos para utilizar a Conven\u00e7\u00e3o sobre os Direitos da Crian\u00e7a como um quadro para melhorar a qualidade dos cuidados para as crian\u00e7as. Para citar apenas um exemplo deste trabalho: Em 2014, elaborei um conjunto de ferramentas para avaliar os direitos das crian\u00e7as nos cuidados de sa\u00fade prim\u00e1rios, especificamente cinco ferramentas para gestores, profissionais, crian\u00e7as de dois grupos et\u00e1rios e pais, com base em normas de direitos da crian\u00e7a, como a qualidade dos cuidados, a participa\u00e7\u00e3o, a prote\u00e7\u00e3o contra a viol\u00eancia e o direito de brincar. Fui ent\u00e3o convidada a pilotar estas ferramentas no Uzbequist\u00e3o em fevereiro de 2015, onde realizei um workshop de forma\u00e7\u00e3o de dois dias sobre os direitos da crian\u00e7a, seguido de um teste de campo das ferramentas. O resultado deste trabalho est\u00e1 apresentado na publica\u00e7\u00e3o <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cultivonslempathie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Panorama2016_5_rights_ENG.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Assessment and Improvement of Children\u2019s Rights in Health Care: Piloting Training and Tools in Uzbekistan (em ingl\u00eas).<\/a>.<\/em> Esta publica\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel em <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cultivonslempathie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Panorama2016_5_rights_RUS.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">russo<\/a>.<\/p><p>As livros intitulada <em>Os direitos das crian\u00e7as na pr\u00e1tica <\/em>e dediquei o primeiro n\u00famero aos Direitos das Crian\u00e7as nos Cuidados de Sa\u00fade. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cultivonslempathie.com\/pt\/books-for-professionals-3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Os direitos da crian\u00e7a na pr\u00e1tica dos cuidados de sa\u00fade: um guia para m\u00e9dicos, enfermeiros e outros profissionais de
