Os direitos da crian\u00e7a t\u00eam em conta as necessidades globais das crian\u00e7as e as condi\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para garantir que elas cres\u00e7am de forma saud\u00e1vel e tenham as oportunidades de que necessitam para ter uma vida adulta plena. Por conseguinte, cumprir os direitos das crian\u00e7as significa garantir que elas tenham as oportunidades necess\u00e1rias para se desenvolverem e prosperarem na medida do seu potencial. Respeitar os direitos da crian\u00e7a no contexto dos cuidados de sa\u00fade ou adotar uma abordagem dos cuidados de sa\u00fade adaptada \u00e0 crian\u00e7a significa que os princ\u00edpios dos direitos das crian\u00e7as e o conhecimento sobre a situa\u00e7\u00e3o e a experi\u00eancia das crian\u00e7as s\u00e3o utilizados de forma sistem\u00e1tica para informar, desenvolver e melhorar os cuidados prestados \u00e0s crian\u00e7as. Os servi\u00e7os de cuidados de sa\u00fade devem basear-se nos direitos das crian\u00e7as porque \u00e9 uma obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os pa\u00edses que ratificaram a Conven\u00e7\u00e3o das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas sobre os Direitos da Crian\u00e7a e de todas as partes interessadas num determinado pa\u00eds; e porque contribui para melhorar a qualidade dos cuidados e as experi\u00eancias das crian\u00e7as em mat\u00e9ria de cuidados de sa\u00fade. Esta sec\u00e7\u00e3o inclui orienta\u00e7\u00f5es, documentos de discuss\u00e3o, ferramentas e outras informa\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00e1ticas sobre a import\u00e2ncia de utilizar os direitos da crian\u00e7a como um quadro para melhorar os cuidados de sa\u00fade e como aplic\u00e1-los na pr\u00e1tica.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t
