data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Tout mon travail sur les droits de l'enfant a commenc\u00e9 par le travail que j'ai effectu\u00e9 sur les droits de l'enfant dans le domaine des soins de sant\u00e9. Il s'agit sans aucun doute de mon travail le plus pr\u00e9cieux et le plus stimulant, celui o\u00f9 j'ai le plus appris, et il m'a permis de d\u00e9velopper une approche bas\u00e9e sur les droits de l'enfant dans d'autres contextes. Rien de tout cela n'aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 possible sans l'engagement passionn\u00e9 des nombreux et merveilleux professionnels avec lesquels j'ai travaill\u00e9 dans les h\u00f4pitaux et les universit\u00e9s du monde entier, ainsi qu'\u00e0 l'Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9, ce qui reforce ma conviction que <em>le c\u00f4t\u00e9 humain <\/em>est tout aussi important que l'aspect professionnel. J'ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler avec Fabrizio Simonelli en 2008, au sein du d\u00e9partement de promotion de la sant\u00e9 de l'h\u00f4pital p\u00e9diatrique Meyer de Florence, en Italie, \u00e0 l'occasion d'un de ces hasards de la vie. \u00c0 l'\u00e9poque, le d\u00e9partement \u00e9tait \u00e9galement reconnu comme un centre collaborateur de l'OMS. Nous avons donc beaucoup travaill\u00e9 avec les h\u00f4pitaux et le comit\u00e9 r\u00e9gional de l'OMS pour l'Europe, et nous avons coordonn\u00e9 un groupe de travail qui existe toujours aujourd'hui - <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hphnet.org\/task-force-hph-ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">la Task Force on Health Promotion for Children and Adolescents in and by Hospitals<\/a>, dans le cadre du R\u00e9seau International des H\u00f4pitaux Promoteurs de Sant\u00e9. En 2009, nous avons publi\u00e9 le premier mod\u00e8le et outil d'auto-\u00e9valuation sur les droits de l'enfant \u00e0 l'h\u00f4pital et, en 2010, j'ai \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9e par le Haut-Commissariat \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 \u00e0 rejoindre leur \u00e9quipe et, \u00e0 partir de l\u00e0, j'ai coordonn\u00e9 le d\u00e9veloppement du Manuel et des outils pour l'\u00e9valuation des droits de l'enfant \u00e0 l'h\u00f4pital. Ensuite, j'ai entam\u00e9 une longue collaboration avec l'OMS pour d\u00e9velopper d'autres outils et processus permettant d'utiliser la Convention relative aux droits de l'enfant comme cadre pour l'am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 des soins aux enfants. Pour ne citer qu'un exemple de ce travail : en 2014, j'ai d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils pour \u00e9valuer les droits de l'enfant dans les soins de sant\u00e9 primaires, en particulier cinq outils pour les gestionnaires, les professionnels, les enfants de deux groupes d'\u00e2ge et les parents, bas\u00e9s sur les normes des droits de l'enfant telles que la qualit\u00e9 des soins, la participation, la protection contre la violence et le droit de jouer. J'ai ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9e \u00e0 piloter ces outils en Ouzb\u00e9kistan en f\u00e9vrier 2015, o\u00f9 j'ai organis\u00e9 un atelier de formation de deux jours sur les droits de l'enfant, suivi d'un test des outils sur le terrain. Le r\u00e9sultat de ce travail est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 dans la publication <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cultivonslempathie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Panorama2016_5_rights_ENG.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Assessment and Improvement of Children\u2019s Rights in Health Care: Piloting Training and Tools in Uzbekistan (en anglais).<\/a>.<\/em> Cette publication est \u00e9galement
