Je pense que c'est fondamental car 197 pays ont ratifi\u00e9 la Convention et sont donc oblig\u00e9s de travailler pour garantir le d\u00e9veloppement holistique des enfants et la r\u00e9alisation de tous les droits de l'enfant, comme le pr\u00e9voit le trait\u00e9 international. Cela signifie que le respect, la protection et la r\u00e9alisation des droits de l'enfant ne sont pas facultatifs. <strong>Tous les pays ont le devoir d'utiliser au maximum leurs ressources pour garantir la r\u00e9alisation des droits de l'enfant.<\/strong>. Il s'agit notamment de <em>toutes les mesures l\u00e9gislatives, administratives et autres appropri\u00e9es pour la mise en \u0153uvre des droits reconnus dans la Convention,<\/em>, comme pr\u00e9vu \u00e0 l'article 4.<\/p>\n<p>Une id\u00e9e cl\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 au c\u0153ur de tous les travaux que j'ai d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s : contribuer \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de la vision de la Convention pour les enfants, \u00e0 savoir que <em>chaque enfant r\u00e9alise son propre potentiel humain. <\/em>Pour moi, cela signifie qu'il faut veiller \u00e0 ce que les enfants disposent de toutes les conditions de base pour se d\u00e9velopper de mani\u00e8re saine, que ce soit sur le plan physique, mental ou spirituel, mais aussi qu'ils aient la possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper leur <em>personnalit\u00e9, les talents et les capacit\u00e9s mentales et physiques au maximum de leur potentiel<\/em>, comme le pr\u00e9voit l'article 29 de la CDE sur les objectifs de l'\u00e9ducation. Pour moi, ce double objectif nous oblige \u00e0 aller au-del\u00e0 d'un simple agenda de survie ou m\u00eame de d\u00e9veloppement, pour une v\u00e9ritable action visant \u00e0 assurer que <strong>all children are able to thrive. <\/strong>C'est ce qui me touche vraiment, en tant que personne et en tant que professionnel.
